Shareholder Daydreams
Shareholder Daydreams is a video artwork that was commissioned by Boston Cyberarts and Boston Properties.
It was created in 2020 and is permanently on display on the video art lobby screen at the Exchange at 100 Federal St in Downtown Boston.
Shareholder Daydreams experiments with old and new media to create an uncanny effect.
Renee Silva’s abstract landscape of rooms, foliage, and symbols are animated into Keaton Fox’s video collage of limbs, animals, and disaster.
A surreal simulation of static and moving image, hurricane turkey uses tactile and digital content alluding to our internalized dissonance.
This was the second collaboration between painter Renee Silva and video artist Keaton Fox.
They have since created multiple works together under the collaborative FeverDreamScapes.
